An application fee of $50 per person is required. There is also a $300 holding fee (non-refundable unless denied or canceled within 24 hours of application.)

      Typically, you'll receive a decision within 24-48 hours after submitting your application and payment.

      Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There's a grace period through the 6th, with late fees starting on the 7th.
