Fire up your summer with a community BBQ in the Link Clubhouse/Rooftop Lounge! Join your neighbors for an evening of great food, good conversation, and a chance to connect with the community. Whether you're new to Link or have been here for years, we hope you'll stop by, grab a bite, and enjoy a relaxed summer evening with us.

Ice Cream Social
A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our resident Ice Cream Social and to our new manager, Tiana, for making it happen! We loved seeing 45 residents join us for an afternoon of sweet treats, great conversations, and community fun. We even had special treats for our canine and feline residents! Thank you for making it such a wonderful event; we can't wait to see you at the next one!

4th Of July In West Seattle
Celebrate the 250th Independence Day with one of Seattle's most iconic traditions! The Seafair 4th of July fireworks over Lake Union begin at 10:15 PM, and Link residents have several great nearby viewpoints to catch the show. Head to Hamilton Viewpoint Park, Admiral Way Overlook, or Harbor Avenue SW for beautiful views of the Seattle skyline and the fireworks lighting up the night. Arrive early to grab a good spot and enjoy an unforgettable evening!

Support The Digital Summer Food Drive
North Coast Living's annual Summer Digital Food Drive is here! Running from June 29–July 29, helping support local food banks across the communities we serve. At Link, donations will benefit, Mighty Cause providing critical resources to families throughout Seattle. Every dollar donated can provide nearly three pounds of food and allows food banks to purchase fresh essentials like milk, eggs, produce, and meat. To maximize the impact, North Coast Living will match all monetary donations, doubling our community's contribution. Join us in donating to support neighbors in need.
