Valentine Waffles - Feb 14th
Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Link Apartments! Join us on Saturday, February 14, in the resident lounge from 9:30–11:30 AM for a sweet morning of Valentine waffles. Stop by, grab a treat, and enjoy a cozy start to your day with your neighbors!
Thanks For Joining Last Month
Grab and Go Breakfast
Last month, residents stopped by to enjoy Breakfast on the Go featuring Einstein Bros. Bagels and Starbucks coffee, and we loved seeing about 20 neighbors join us. There’s truly no better way to start the morning—thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a great start to the day.

Annual Food Drive Impact
This year, our communities donated over 27,000 pounds of food to our Annual North Coast Living Winter Food Drive, helping provide thousands of meals to families in need. What begins as a simple act of giving at our properties becomes real nourishment and meaningful impact, making this one of the most important initiatives we take part in each year. Congratulations to our top contributors by pounds per unit—The Lark, Kearney Plaza, and The Gossamer—and special recognition to The Upland, The Margot, and Barham Villas for their outstanding total donations. Thank you to every resident and team member who participated and helped strengthen the communities we call home.
