"My name is James Champion, and I have lived in the Link Apartments for three years. And I have seen about four managers come and go. I wasn't truly impressed by any of them. And although my lease ends at the end of February I will always remember the the high quality of the Apartments, and the amenities. Out of all the managers since there is new ownership I can say that I'm really impressed by the assistant that runs the office, who's name is Celine. I believe that she would be an excellent choice to manage the Link Apartments. She is very professional, has great verbal skills, always in a welcoming positive mood, She is also very smart at everything that I have ever needed like, timely handyman repairs, etc, and everything that good managers need to know. She has make the environment very nice."

And The Winner Is...US!
The Annual Food Drive has wrapped up, and we’re thrilled to celebrate the winners of our company-wide Food Drive Display Contest! Barham Villas in San Marcos, CA, earned Most Creative with their Super Food Drive, while we took Best Overall with our Hogwarts Polar Express (pictured above), and Marlowe Chicago won Best Holiday Theme with Classy Grinch. Be sure to check out the North Coast Living Instagram to see all of the winning displays, and stay tuned as we share the total amount of food donated across our communities in early 2026.
